Secondhand is the fastest-growing corner of fashion - and the hardest to scale. Every item is one-of-a-kind: a single photo, no SKU, no clean data. New retail is a solved problem; secondhand is wide open. It's exactly the kind of messy, visual, real-world challenge that modern AI was built for.

Do I need a team? No - come solo or with up to four. We run team formation in the morning.

How technical do I need to be? This is a builder's hackathon - you should be able to ship something in a day. Designers and PMs are welcome on teams.

Who owns what I build? You own your work.

Is it really free? Yes. Capacity is limited and registration is approval-based, so RSVP early.
